Ingredients: 10 strawberries, 5 ice cubes, 60 ml of Añejo Tequila, 30 ml of Cointreau (or another orange liqueur), 30 ml of liquid cane sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt and half a lemon.
Preparation: Freeze the clean strawberries for one hour. After time we place them in a blender with the ice and cane sugar and blend for a minute. Add the tequila and Cointreau and blend again until a thick consistency is obtained. Next we make the frosting of the glass or glass in which we will serve the margarita. To do this we pour the salt on a plate. We pass the lemon around the edge of the glass or glass. We pass the lemon soaked edge through the salt, turning it over. We pour the margarita into the glass or glass and decorate with a whole strawberry and a slice of lime or lemon.
